Every product at Woolverine has been designed and made with a lot of love, and we hope you will not need to use this page.
Woolverine has a no return policy. The item purchased is final sale and not available for return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do offer exchange if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product you bought from our website, please send us an email at order@woolverine.in with clear and detailed pictures of the product defect, along with your order number. We cannot sustain and/or accept standard and defective product return requests beyond 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Exchange is allowed with the same or different products.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and also to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at orders@woolverine.in with ‘ORDER CANCELLATION’ in the subject line. Please mention your order number at the time of cancellation.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
